The day out
Six to eight hours, a swim, an anchorage, a lunch. For a family, a group of friends, or a team that has earned it.
The celebration
A birthday, an engagement, a company evening. Bigger boat, a table set on board, and a captain used to a loud deck.
What we handle

An outing is usually four separate purchases: a boat, a captain, something to eat, and a way to get everyone to the dock. Each one is a conversation with a different company, and each one can fall through on its own.
On GlideBlue it is one request. You say how many of you there are, what the occasion is, and roughly what time. Captains who take that kind of outing answer with a boat and a price; you add the table through Galley if you want it; you add a helicopter arrival if it is that kind of day. Everything lands on one booking and one receipt, and every piece can be cancelled without killing the rest.
For twelve people or more, write to us before you book. There are boats that take a group of that size well and boats that take it badly, and the difference is not obvious from photographs.

Organising an outing.
How far ahead should I book?
A sunset in season, a week. A day out with a specific boat, two to three weeks. A celebration for more than twelve people, a month, because the number of boats that suit drops fast.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Almost always yes, and the listing says so. Glass bottles are the usual exception, and some captains ask that you bring your own ice.
What if it rains?
Rain alone rarely cancels anything; wind and sea state do. The captain decides on the morning, and a cancellation for weather is free on both sides.
Can you invoice a company?
Yes. Put the company details in your account before you book and the receipt comes out in the company's name.
